Access
You give us a key, lockbox code, or smart-lock access. We work with most property management platforms (Hostify, Lodgify, Smoobu, Breezeway).

Pre-clean inspection
Before we start, we check for damage, items left behind, and missing inventory (towels, kitchenware). If something is wrong, you get a WhatsApp message before we begin — not after.

Full 40+ point checklist (see below). Two cleaners on apartments 2-bed and larger, one on studios and 1-bed. Industrial vacuum, steam mop, microfibre — we bring everything.

Restocking
