Playa de Poniente is Benidorm's quiet face — 3 kilometres of promenade, family atmosphere, old town with the Balcón del Mediterráneo, and a unique mix of holiday apartments, long-stay and residents. If Levante is speed and intensity, Poniente is continuity: guests stay longer, owners live nearby, and cleaning matters as much for vacation rentals as for regular clients.

We cover the entire Poniente zone, from the old town to the La Cala boundary, offering turnover cleaning for Airbnb/Booking, annual deep cleaning, integrated handyman and resident services (hourly cleaning, pre-move-out cleaning). WhatsApp photo-report included with every service.

We also cover holiday apartment cleaning across the rest of Benidorm — but the Poniente mix is different: less rotation, more long stays, more residents booking hourly cleaning.

Practical differences vs. Levante

• Longer stays. The typical Poniente guest stays 1-2 weeks (vs. 3-5 days in Levante). Fewer turnovers, more deep cleans.
• Owner mix. Spanish residents based in Madrid/Barcelona, retired foreigners (UK/NL/Norway) with second homes, local owners with 1-2 vacation rentals.
• Lower buildings, more community. Fewer towers, more 6-12 storey blocks. Active concierges, neighbours who know each other.
• Old town — logistical challenge. Narrow streets around Balcón del Mediterráneo, pedestrian access, no parking nearby. We carry equipment in backpacks and folding trolleys.
• Resident clients. 25% of our Poniente clients are residents booking hourly cleaning (weekly or fortnightly), not vacation rentals.

For you: 100% remote communication by WhatsApp and email, photo-report after every service, monthly PDF invoice (valid for your Modelo 210 / IRPF return), key management (office, lockbox or smart-lock) and tenant coordination if you have a long-stay rental. We speak Spanish, English and Dutch.

Pricing — Playa Poniente

Flat rates per apartment or hourly, depending on need.

Long-stay (monthly): Studio €70, 1 bed €85, 2 bed €110, 3 bed €140. Hourly cleaning (residents): €15/hour, 2-hour minimum per visit. Extras: Linen change €15/set · Pre-move-out cleaning with real-estate photo-report +€20 · Old town (pedestrian access): no surcharge.

Do you work in the Benidorm old town?

Yes. Pedestrian access is not a problem — we arrive with folding trolleys or backpacks. No surcharge for old-town work.

Do you handle long-stay apartments (monthly rentals)?

Yes. Flat monthly rate: cleaning once or twice a month depending on need. From €70/month for studios.

Can you clean before a real-estate or buyer visit?

Yes. Pre-sale or pre-move-out cleaning with professional photo-report you can forward to your estate agent. +€20 on the standard rate for the extra photo-report.

Do you offer hourly cleaning for residents?

Yes. €15/hour, 2-hour minimum per visit. Frequency: weekly, fortnightly or monthly — whichever you prefer.

Do you come to the old town with full equipment?

Yes. Compact vacuums, products in a backpack, portable steam if needed. We arrive by motorbike and work without disturbing neighbours.

Can you coordinate directly with my tenant?

Yes. If your apartment is rented and the tenant accepts cleaning, we coordinate day and time directly via WhatsApp. You pay us — we don't bother them with billing.

Do you handle weekend emergencies?

Saturday yes, same-day if you call before 12:00. Sunday only for critical emergencies with a €20 surcharge.
