2. What personal data do we collect?

We collect only the data strictly necessary to provide the service or respond to your enquiry:

  • Contact details: name, phone number and email address, provided when you fill in the contact form or write to us via WhatsApp or email.
  • Service data: type of service requested and free-text message, when you voluntarily provide these in the form.
  • Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and duration of visit, collected via analytical cookies if you have given your consent. Please see our Cookie Policy for further details.

We do not request special categories of data (health, ideology, religion, etc.) and we do not collect data relating to minors. Should we inadvertently receive information relating to a minor, we will delete it upon detection.

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiry or quote request submitted via the contact form, WhatsApp or email.
  • To provide the contracted service — cleaning or handyman service — including the coordination of schedules, property access and communication during service delivery.
  • To fulfil legal obligations (invoicing, bookkeeping, taxation).
  • To improve the website and analyse traffic using analytical cookies (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager), only where you have given your consent.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, nor do we create profiles that produce legal effects concerning you.

4. Legal basis for processing

  • Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — to respond to your enquiry via the form and for analytical and marketing cookies.
  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — when you engage a service.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — for the retention of invoices and tax documentation (General Tax Law).
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — to respond to direct communications initiated by you (for example, an email not sent through the contact form).

5. Recipients and international transfers

Your data is not transferred to third parties except where required by law. For service delivery we work with the following technology providers, who act as data processors:

  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — contact form provider. Receives form data and forwards it by email to hola@limpiezaapartamentos.es. Server located in the United States, protected by Cloudflare. International transfer covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
  • Contabo GmbH (Aschheim, Germany) — website hosting provider. Servers located within the European Union.
  • Google Ireland Limited — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Maps embeds. Browsing data is processed only where you have accepted analytical/marketing cookies. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — Facebook and Instagram, only if you interact with our social media links (this is not an active integration on the site).

For payment we use bank transfer or Bizum directly with your bank; we do not store card data on our website.

6. Retention period

  • Enquiries not converted into a service: retained for a maximum of 12 months to allow for potential follow-up, then deleted.
  • Clients for whom a service has been provided: retained throughout the contractual relationship and subsequently for the applicable statutory periods (4 years for tax obligations under the General Tax Law; 6 years for accounting records under the Commercial Code).
  • Browsing data (cookies): as detailed in our Cookie Policy (between 1 day and 24 months depending on the cookie).
  • Cookie consent: 12 months from the last update of consent, after which consent is requested again.

  • Right of rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right of erasure ("right to be forgotten"): to request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary.
  • Right to object: to object to processing where it is based on legitimate interests.
  • Right to restriction of processing: to request that we retain the data but not use it during a verification process.
  • Right to data portability: to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller.
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, please write to us at hola@limpiezaapartamentos.es, stating your name, the right you wish to exercise and a copy of your identity document for verification purposes. We will respond within a maximum of one month.

8. Complaints to the AEPD
