Do you handle turnovers every day, including Sundays?

Yes. In peak season (June-September) we work 7 days a week with no extra surcharge for monthly clients. One-off bookings: Sunday carries a €20 surcharge.

How long does a turnover take for a 2-bedroom apartment in Levante?

2.5-3 hours with two cleaners. We meet the 11:00 → 15:00 window even on tough apartments (previous night's party, pets).

Can I book same-day?

Yes, if you call before 12:00. €15 surcharge for jobs under 12 hours' notice. No surcharge for monthly clients.

Do you work with Airbnb / Booking automation?

Yes. If your PMS (Hostify, Lodgify, Smoobu, Breezeway, Guesty) sends automatic check-out notifications, we receive them directly — no manual heads-up needed.

What if guests leave the apartment in bad condition?

You get WhatsApp photos before we start cleaning. Moderate mess (worse than usual): we invoice €15-25 extra. Extreme damage (party, breakage): we quote separately before touching anything.

Can you manage the keys?

Yes. Keys at our Benidorm office, building lockbox or smart-lock — whichever you prefer.
