This legal notice governs the use of the website limpiezaapartamentos.es (hereinafter, "the Site"), owned by "Clining". In accordance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the identifying information of the site owner is provided at the end of this document.

1. Purpose of the site

The purpose of the Site is to provide information about professional cleaning services for holiday rentals offered by "Clining" in Benidorm and the Marina Baixa, to receive quote requests via the contact form, and to facilitate direct communication channels (phone, WhatsApp and email).

2. Terms of use

Access to the Site is free of charge. By using the Site, you agree to:

• Make lawful and appropriate use of the content and services offered.
• Not introduce or disseminate defamatory, obscene, racist, xenophobic or otherwise unlawful content.
• Not carry out any actions that may damage, overload or impair the Site or prevent its normal use by other users.
• Not use the contact form to send spam, unsolicited commercial communications or bulk messages.

Pricing and service information published on the Site is indicative only. The final price and service terms are always confirmed in writing (by email or WhatsApp) before any work commences.
